Inside the newly opened Ho Tung Mansion on North Shaanxi Road, there is a flower shop. We custom-designed a warm-white Norwegian wood-grain concrete panel for it. This material uses special white cement mixed with color powder, then precast to achieve a clean and warm-toned texture throughout. Considering the potential water stains that may occur in daily use of the flower shop, we recommended applying a permeable all-around protective coating. This coating retains the matte finish while preventing water marks from forming on the surface after exposure to moisture — addressing the client’s concerns about long-term maintenance.
