For the niche design brand Yearly Plan — recently a sensation in fashion circles — we supplied a custom concrete precast flooring panel for their MixC Chengdu project. In the Yearly Plan space, the designer avoids excessive material layering, instead contrasting the space’s inherent hard texture with the softness of the garments. Warm wood tones and classic modernist home pieces create a living‑room‑like intimacy. Meanwhile, the cooler zones unfold a different narrative through stainless steel and custom concrete floor panels — a restrained, independent simplicity that echoes the brand’s androgynous feminine sensibility.
