Both UHPC and GRC are specialized types of concrete. UHPC offers higher strength and density, making it a superior-performance product suitable for both structural and decorative applications. GRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete) is a mature and durable concrete material commonly used for architectural ornamentation and components.
Our self-developed UHPC material is tailored to meet decorative needs while fulfilling structural requirements. It fully leverages the plasticity of concrete, enabling a wide range of forms and textures as desired by the design.

Standard dimensions are 1200 × 600 mm, 2400 × 1200 mm, 3000 × 1200 mm. Custom sizes are also available. Common thicknesses are 12 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, or customized upon request.
Maximum panel size: up to 5000 × 2000 mm for flat or special-shaped panels.

The product density ranges from 2.0 to 2.2, depending on the aggregate composition of the mix. For a 10 mm thick panel, approx. 22 kg/m²; for a 25 mm thick panel, approx. 55 kg/m². For example, a panel of 3000 mm × 1200 mm (2.5 cm thick) has an area of 3.6 m² and weighs approximately 198 kg.

For orders under 200 m², the production lead time is approximately 30 days.
For orders exceeding 200 m², the lead time will be estimated based on the specific area.
If new molds are required, additional time for mold development should be taken into account.

The flatness of our panels is a key advantage of our premium concrete products. However, due to the inherent flexibility of concrete panels, a certain gap (equivalent to the thickness of the adhesive) must be left between the panel and the wall.
For indoor panels: recommend a gap of 1–2 mm;
For outdoor panels: recommend a gap of 5–10 mm;
For butt-joint (seamless) placement: recommend a gap of 1–2 mm.
Our recommended joint treatment solution can be applied to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and consistent finish.
-
For outdoor panel installation: dry-hanging (mechanical fixing) is mandatory;
For indoor wall panels: wet installation using structural adhesive;
For indoor floor panels: wet installation or using fixing clips/anchors.
