We previously supplied this custom Taklamaka concrete precast panel for the Conrad Hotel in Hemu, Xinjiang, a project for ARE'TERYX. The designer envisioned a material that is understated and restrained yet possesses an underlying tension. Its surface texture evokes natural weathering — not overt or dramatic, but exquisitely delicate.
